Joseph is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney with extensive trial experience. He is the co-chair of the personal injury group and the worker’s compensation group. Mr. Discenza specializes in all areas of Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation with special emphasis on motor vehicle and slip and fall accidents. He also specializes in work related accidents and workplace accidents. He has been representing individuals injured as a result of the negligence of others for over thirty (30) years.
