Dean is counsel to the Firm with substantial experience in bodily injury litigation. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago and New York Law School, where he was Notes and Comments Editor for The Human Rights Journal and a leading member of the school’s Media Law Project. Mr. Bennett is admitted to practice in the New York and New Jersey state courts and to the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
